Description
Commercial Blender 2L, 4500W — Built For Continuous Work
A commercial blender is a different machine to the plastic one you buy for two hundred thousand less, and the difference is entirely in the motor. Domestic blenders are built for short bursts. Run one for five minutes straight and it will get hot, smell faintly of burning, and eventually stop. This 4500W unit is designed to run all day.
That matters if you are running a juice stall, a restaurant, a smoothie counter, or a household that makes bulk quantities of soup, groundnut paste, or millet porridge. It goes through ice, carrots, cassava and unsoaked grain without labouring.

Do You Actually Need A Commercial Blender?
If you blend once or twice a week for a family, no. Save your money and take a domestic unit — you will not use a fraction of this motor and the extra power is wasted.
Buy this if you blend daily, if you blend in volume, if you crush ice regularly, or if you have already killed two cheap blenders. That last one is the honest test. Most people arrive at a commercial blender after the second failure, having spent more in replacements than this unit costs.
Making it last
Add liquid first, then soft items, then hard items and ice on top. Filling the jar with ice and pressing high is how blades get chipped and how motors get strained. Never run it completely dry.
Do not fill past the two litre mark — hot liquid especially will lift the lid and go everywhere. Blend hot soup in stages with the lid vented.
Clean it by filling the jar a third with warm water and a drop of soap and pulsing for ten seconds. Rinse. That takes fifteen seconds and it beats dismantling the blade assembly every day, which is what wears out the seal.
