We deliver anywhere in Uganda. Most of what we sell is heavy, so we handle delivery ourselves rather than leaving it to a courier who does not know what a fridge compressor does not like.
Where we deliver
Everywhere in the country. Kampala and the surrounding towns are covered by our own vehicles. Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale, Jinja, Arua, Fort Portal and everywhere in between go out on the next available run, properly crated for the road.
How long it takes
- Kampala orders placed before midday usually arrive the same day.
- Orders placed later in the day go out the following morning.
- Upcountry deliveries normally take two to four working days depending on the route.
- Anything we have to bring in for you takes longer, and we tell you how long before you pay.
What it costs

Installation
Air conditioners need proper installation and we can arrange a technician. Fridges, freezers, cookers and washing machines are delivered ready to use, though a gas cooker still needs a regulator and a cylinder, and a washing machine needs a tap and a drain point.
Check it before we leave
Open the packaging and look the item over while our person is still there. Check for dents, cracked glass, missing shelves or accessories. If something is wrong, tell us on the spot and we will sort it. It is far harder to establish what happened once the item has been sitting in your kitchen for a week.
If nobody is home
Give us a number that will actually be answered on the day. If we arrive and cannot reach anyone, we take the item back to the shop and reschedule, and a second trip upcountry may carry a further transport charge.
