Shipping & Delivery
Yes, anywhere in Uganda. Kampala and the nearby towns are covered by our own vehicles. Mbarara, Gulu, Mbale, Jinja, Arua and everywhere between go out on the next available run, properly crated for the road.
Kampala orders placed before midday usually arrive the same day. Later orders go out the following morning. Upcountry deliveries normally take two to four working days depending on the route.
We confirm the cost with you before your order leaves the shop, so nothing lands as a surprise at the door. Send us your location and what you are buying on WhatsApp and we will give you a figure.
Of course. We are in Katwe, Kampala, open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Call ahead on +256 702058341 and we will have it ready.
Open the packaging and check the item while our delivery person is still there. If anything is dented, cracked or missing, say so on the spot and we will replace it. If you spot a fault later, call us within 48 hours.
Product & Purchase Information
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine stock with the manufacturer warranty that belongs to it, and we handle warranty claims ourselves rather than sending you to a call centre.
MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery inside Kampala. You can also pay cash or by card at the shop in Katwe.
A 190 litre single door suits three to five people shopping weekly. Five to seven, or anyone buying meat in bulk, wants a double door. If you are stocking a bar or a shop, you want a chest freezer rather than a bigger fridge. Call us and describe your household and we will tell you honestly.
Yes. Voltage swings kill compressors, televisions and control boards faster than anything else in Uganda, and surge damage is not a manufacturing fault. A protector costs a fraction of a compressor and we stock them.
If you are fitting out a rental, a hotel, a bar or a shop, call us on +256 702058341. Quantity pricing is a conversation rather than a checkout button.
