Why glass top
Cleaning. A steel top around the burners collects grease in the seams and you never quite get it out. Glass wipes flat in one pass. Just do not put a hot sufuria straight onto it from the fire.
What you need
A cylinder, a regulator and a hose. We stock all three, so tell us when you order and we will send a complete set.
